Contacting the studio
Contact Verity Pets at hello@verityheadshots.com. The booking buttons open your email application with a draft message. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
Information in your enquiry
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any information you choose to include, such as your pet’s name, your preferred package and timing. We use this to respond to your request and discuss a possible booking. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Your email is handled through your email provider and the studio’s email service. Please do not send payment-card information or sensitive personal documents by email.
Photos and payments
These pages do not collect reference photos or take payments. We’ll provide photo-upload instructions and the information relevant to processing your order before collecting reference photos or arranging payment.
Cookies and website resources
These pilot pages use locally hosted images and styles. They do not add analytics, advertising trackers, embedded social feeds or browser storage. The hosting service processes technical connection information needed to serve and secure the website, such as your IP address and the requested page.
Questions and requests
Email the studio to ask about the information associated with your enquiry, request a correction or deletion, or tell us not to contact you again. We will explain if any information needs to be retained for an applicable obligation.
